Virtual Classroom Help

Pop-up blockers can prevent the Virtual Classroom window from loading. Please disable any pop-up blockers or add *.nsula.edu to your approved pop-up site list.

The AOL browser does not work well with Blackboard. If you are using AOL to connect to the Internet, please minimize the AOL window after it connects and use Internet Explorer to open Blackboard instead.

Clear any Temporary Internet Files by opening Internet Explorer and clicking on the Tools menu. On the drop-down menu click Internet Options and look for the Temporary Internet Files section. Click the Delete button to remove the files. It might take several minutes to remove the files.

Please visit the Blackboard compatibility site here to determine the version of Java that you are running. If you are running any version lower than 1.6.0_04, you will need to upgrade to a newer version for Blackboard. The link for the correct version can be found below.
